Verjus is a delight. A gastronomic restaurant upstairs where chef Braden Perkins presides over a thoroughly competent team of devoted young apprentices and a humming wine bar downstairs run by his wife, Laura Adrian. Pristine ingredients and highly creative taste combinations provide a powerfully original dining experience that is complemented by a great wine list of primarily organic and biodynamic wines.
